Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between the Beatbot Sora 30 and Sora 70?
The Sora 30 cleans floor, walls, waterline and platforms — five zones in total, up to a 60m² pool. The Sora 70 does everything the Sora 30 does, then adds surface skimming with JetPulse™ to collect floating leaves and debris, covers larger pools up to 70m², and carries a 3-year warranty instead of 2 years.
Does the Sora 30 clean the pool walls and waterline, or just the floor?
The Sora 30 is a genuine 5-in-1 cleaner — it covers the floor, walls, waterline, platforms and shallow water down to 8 inches, not just the floor. It's fully cordless, so there's no cable to manage while it works.
What warranty does the Beatbot Sora 30 come with?
The Sora 30 comes with a 2-year warranty from Poolbot, the UK's authorised Beatbot retailer, plus free UK delivery and the 14-day statutory right to cancel.
Is Beatbot better than Dolphin?
Beatbot's Sora and AquaSense ranges are fully cordless, while most of Dolphin's standard range (E10, E20, E30, M250, M400) is corded — Dolphin's cordless Liberty range doesn't include Beatbot's wall and waterline cleaning or AI navigation. Priced against the similarly-corded Dolphin M250 (£995), the Sora 30 (£998) adds cordless operation and waterline cleaning at close to the same price.
