All prices on poolbot.co.uk are shown in GBP (£), inclusive of UK VAT.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Orders are dispatched within our standard 10 working day lead time. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
If you haven't received a tracking number within 10 working days, please email us at info@poolbot.co.uk.

I am not happy with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
You have a 14-day right to cancel, starting the day after delivery, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Email us within 14 days, then return the goods within a further 14 days at your own cost. A full refund applies to a robot that has been inspected but not used; if it has been in a pool we deduct the loss in value. Faulty or damaged goods are different: you can reject them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and we pay the return cost. Full details are in our Refund Policy. Please contact us at info@poolbot.co.uk before returning anything, and include your name and order number with the returned parcel.
If your order is still in transit, you'll need to wait for it to arrive before returning it for a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order at no penalty any time before it has shipped. If the item has already been dispatched, use the 14-day cancellation process in our Refund Policy.

I have entered an incorrect delivery address, what do I do?
Reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible to let us know. If we haven't yet dispatched your order, we can update the address within 24 hours. Once dispatched, we're unable to change the delivery address.

How long does delivery take?
All orders are delivered free within the UK, with a standard 10 working day lead time from order to dispatch.
