Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your Beatbot product, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your product must be:

  • In its original condition — unused and unmodified
  • In its original packaging with all accessories, cables, manuals, and documentation included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Products that have been used in a pool, show signs of water exposure beyond initial testing, or are missing components may not be eligible for a full refund.

How to Start a Return

Email info@poolbot.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without prior authorisation — unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for UK customers.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome within 2 working days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product for a different model, please return your original item and place a new order.

Faulty or Damaged Products

All Beatbot products include a 3-year manufacturer warranty. If your product develops a fault within the warranty period, contact us at info@poolbot.co.uk. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.

EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. The product must be returned in its original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.
