Replacement Policy

Where a warranty claim is approved, our priority is getting you back to a working robot as quickly as possible. In many cases that means sending a replacement unit rather than putting your robot through a lengthy repair process. This page explains how replacement works alongside our Warranty Policy, which sets out full terms for repairs, replacements and refunds.

Why We Prioritise Replacement

  • Faster resolution — no waiting on a repair queue; we aim to get a working unit to you quickly.
  • Guaranteed performance — you receive a fully functional replacement, not a patched-up repair.
  • Minimal downtime — keep your pool clean without long service delays.
  • No hidden costs — approved replacements carry no repair fees.

Eligibility

Replacement is considered for products that meet all of the following:

  • Purchased directly from Poolbot, the UK's authorised Beatbot retailer, and still within the warranty period set out in our Warranty Policy.
  • Affected by a manufacturing defect, a quality issue affecting performance, or another fault that isn't reasonably repairable — as assessed under our Warranty Policy.
  • Not affected by any of the exclusions listed below.

Whether a claim results in a replacement, a repair, or a refund depends on the nature of the fault, part availability, and what's most practical for you — full detail is in our Warranty Policy.

How Replacement Works

  • Report the issue — email info@poolbot.co.uk with your order number, the product serial number, a description of the fault, and photos or video where possible.
  • Quick evaluation — our support team reviews the claim and confirms whether replacement is the right resolution.
  • Replacement shipped — if approved, we dispatch a replacement unit and provide instructions for returning the faulty one. Please don't send anything back before you've heard from us.

What's Not Covered

  • Faults outside the scope of our Warranty Policy (misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised repairs, normal wear and tear).
  • Consumable parts subject to normal wear through use, such as filter baskets and roller brushes.
  • Damage caused by non-original accessories or components.

This Replacement Policy sits alongside your statutory consumer rights and does not replace them. For full warranty terms, including cover periods by model, see our Warranty Policy. For any question about a claim, contact us at info@poolbot.co.uk or call 0330 128 9885.
